Hi, I'm Victor... a passionate entrepreneur, software developer, world traveler, and unapologetic foodie. Not just the type of foodie that eats, but the type that enjoys cooking too.

I care about application design and robust backend development with extensive experience with Ruby/Rails, Python/Django, and Swift/SwiftUI, and a strong interest in AI/machine learning, and digital marketing.

Founder of Inspyre where I spend my time helping clients grow their business and solve complex problems.
